Return & Exchange Policy

Is the item can be return?

At ninaychico all the items sold will have a fourteen days (14) return policy. Buyer must inform us at izaina72@yahoo.com within 14 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

Please note that we cannot accept return or exchange for product that is kept unclaimed for more than 15 days.

  • We only accept the returned product that we have accepted on ahead by confirming the reason for return and the product’s condition.
  • Product (s) must be returned within 7 days after our confirmation.

Return or Exchange is ACCEPTED in the following situation

(1) Delivery of wrong product(s). (In case of wrong shipment)

(2) Defective product(s) was delivered.

(3) Product(s) was damaged during delivery.

(4) Other reasons (The return cost will be the responsibility of the customer.)

* For the above cases except no. (4), we will bear the returning shipping cost. However, customers are required to advance the returning cost and we will reimburse the fee at a later date.

* Exchanges are accepted only when the product is in stock. If the product(s) is out-of-stock, we will refund the paid money.

If you wish to exchange with different colour or size, or another different product, please contact us in separate contact form or via email izaina72@yahoo.com.

Return or Exchange is NOT ACCEPTED in the following situation

Please note that we don’t accept the return or exchange in the following cases:

(1)  Products that was used or worn.

      * Footwear (returnable if customer tried the footwear indoors)

      * Items sold under “Clearancer”

(2) Return of a part of suit or set   is not accepted.

(3) Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the Customer.

(4) Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer.

(5) Merchandise that has been kept unclaimed for more than 15 days after receipt

      without any compelling reasons.

(6) Product(s) are returned without our confirmation.

Returning of product(s)

After contacting us, we will inform you if we accept the return or exchange via e-mail. When the return or exchange is accepted, customer must ship the product(s) back to ninaychico address within 7 days after our confirmation.

Refund will be made through customer’s bank account.

Data Protection

Do you share my personal information?

We will not provide your Personal Information to any third party for mailing or marketing purposes. We may need to share your information with third parties, e.g. delivery companies or credit card companies, in relation to your order or because we are required to do so by law.
